As Irelands Premier Holiday destination, Trabolgan have been involved with Intrepid Pursuits now for many years. They provide a Training Programme for our Tower staff that is second to none and cover all aspects of Tower activities, from Health and Safety to group control. Intrepid Pursuits actually base the course on what you want the staff to learn and know. The Instructors at Intrepid Pursuits are really nice down to earth people who always gel well with the staff they are training, but more importantly, they don’t use jargon and can really simplify matters, which is always an advantage as the majority of staff they train for me are new to rope courses and Tower activities. As well as providing training courses, the staff at Intrepid Pursuits are only ever a phone call or e-mail away should I require any technical support or advise, I find this extremley helpful, especially in a busy enviorment like a Holiday Park were things need to be sorted out fast.
